Terms and conditions of registration

The registration fee includes all coffee breaks and a copy of the proceedings.
In order to claim the student discount, students must include a proof of full-time student status with their registration.
Additional tickets for conference dinner can be ordered on the registration form or can be bought at the registration desk.
For cancellations up to June 15th, the total amount will be refunded except a processing charge of 50 Euros. Thereafter, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
